Michael R. Iannello
President
Mike is a Graduate of Kenmore West Senior High School, he has completed many credit hours at Erie County Community College in Automotive Technology and Electrical Engineering. He is a lifelong resident of the Town of Tonawanda, NY.
He has been married for over 25 years and has proudly raised two adult sons.
Mike founded Complete Security, Inc. in 1991. After working in the field for a few years he decided to open his own home office. It is family owned and operated. He has grown the business and now employs two full time and one part time employee. He has served over 2000 customers.
Mike is a Licensed Alarm Installer. His reputation in the business community is one that speaks volumes when it comes to expertise in the field, work ethic and customer service. He has a true passion for the profession.
Mike is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is the Associate Broker for Sinatra and Company Realty.
Mike has served the community in many ways. His biggest commitment has been his 20+ years of service as an Ellwood Volunteer Firefighter. He worked his way up through the ranks as 2nd Assistant, 1st Assistant and served two terms as the Fire Chief.
He is currently a member of the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce.

Michele M. Iannello-Ward
Vice President
Michele was born and attended grade school on the west side of Buffalo. Moved to the Town of Tonawanda in 1975. She graduated from Kenmore West Senior High School and received her Associates in Science degree from the State University of New York, Empire State College. She has also received her Paralegal Certification from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a graduate of the New York State Association of Counties Dennis Pelletier Institute.
Michele is a former small business owner. She has 15 years of experience in a law firm as a Real Estate Paralegal. Michele served for two years as a Trustee in the Village of Kenmore. She was elected to Erie County Legislator in 2006 where she completed two terms.
Michele has always been very active in the community and involved in many organizations. She is a current member of the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Kenmore West Alumni Foundation, and is the Vice President of the Amherst Library Board.
Michele is the recipient of the YWCA of the Tonawanda's 2009 Marybeth Lawton Leadership Award and the Accu-Theranostics 2012-13 Woman in Excellence Award.
She is married and has a grown son.

Dan Hazelet
Installation/Service Manager
Dan is new to our company, but has over 25 years in the security industry and is knowledgeable about every type of product we install and maintain. Including fire systems and access control.
There is no issue Dan can't troubleshoot and he works well with our customers. He is one of the most qualified technicians in New York State.
Matthew Pusatier
Alarm Installer
Matthew Pusatier is a lifelong resident of the Western New York area. He is married and has a son, who he shares a bond with through the Boys Scouts of America. They are both Eagle Scouts. Matt continues his involvement to date as a Scout Leader.
Matt is a graduate of Williamsville East High School and attended Niagara University where he studied Criminal Justice. He found that he had a passion for the Electrical Field and changed his educational course to focus on what he really loves to do. He is also a member of the Town of Tonawanda C. E. R. T Program. (Community Emergency Response Team)
For the past 15 years, Matt has worked at a local company as a Senior Lab Technician. We are welcoming Matt to our team on November 8, 2021 and we look forward to working with him in his new role as Alarm Installer.
